The guest house is situated in the centre of the new town of Sozopol. It is a five-minute walk from the old town and the two beaches and promenade.
The house has 4 floors. On each, one double room and one triple room.
Every room is equipped with a private bathroom, a mini-kitchen, a refrigerator and a TV set.
